Dear Readers,

we can still develop good products – if we don‘t sell them, all our efforts will have been in vain. That is why this issue‘s current cover story is all about sales. We accompanied Area Sales Manager Maikel Malki on a business trip and with Florian Lude we present our new Sales Director – together with his sales team. 

I am very happy about the award in the  competition "Hamburg‘s Best Employers 2020". This honour confirms what we practised at HEROSE for a long time: that together with our employees we find individual solutions for the optimal compatibility of private and professional interests.
