The Valve World Expo 2018 is also the worlds leading trade fair for industrial valves again in 2018. It takes place from 27th to 29th November for the eleventh time in Düsseldorf. Naturally, HEROSE is represented again with a stand. Marketing director Mario Esche: "We use this trade fair to present our product range expansions and new products from the market segments CRYOGENIC and INDUSTRY." The trade fair team of HEROSE will include ten employees – from technicians up to sales persons as well as the management.

The successful series has been completed with an X3 version made of bronze and now permits small and large flow rates in the stainless steel as well as in the bronze version. The Combipressureregulator maintains the pre-set tank pressure constant during the product extraction. All CombiPressureregulators can be combined with the fitting T118.

The Diverter-Plug-Valve allows safety valves to be replaced or maintained, also during operation of the pressure vessel.The valve is used ideally on upright tanks for cryogenically liquefied air gases as maintenance fitting for the assembly of saty valves and bursting disks. The series will be extended by a DN 50 version.

After the series had been extended to nominal widths up to DN 100, the Top- Entry-Valve is now also available with actuator. The areas of application are, e. g. air separation plants where, due to the insulation, valves are required to permit maintenance work to be carried out on the valve without having to remove the insulation.

A sensational new development for the gas industry is the isolation valve with modular design for vacuum-insulated pipelines, FullX-Valve Type 11C01. It permits an optimum installation in a vacuum-insulated system and protects cryogenically liquefied media up to –269° C.

This new development in DN 50, DN 65 and DN 80 offers high flow rates with equally high resistance and seals the lines in both directions.
